Is there a minimum stay?

2-3 night minimums are required on most peak season holidays and special weekends such as the race. Weeknights are flexible.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Are pets welcome?

Yes. Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome at all RV sites and select cabins. Please clean up after them on the property.

We don't have breed restrictions, but all pets must be leashed and supervised in common areas.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability — just give us a call ahead of time.

Late-arrival instructions are sent the day of your reservation, so you can settle in without waiting.

What amenities are included?

Swimming pool, giant jump pad, stocked catch-and-release fishing pond, shaded playgrounds, disc golf, a 30-acre park trail, outdoor games, 2 laundry rooms, 2 bathhouses with hot showers, a camp store, a dump station, free Wi-Fi, and a complimentary Saturday pancake breakfast in summer.

Is the pool open year-round?

The pool is open seasonally, Memorial Day through Labor Day. The jump pad runs April through October, and the Saturday pancake breakfast is served Memorial Day through Labor Day. Some amenities vary by season.

Are visitors allowed?

Day visitors are welcome and can register at the office on arrival. Overnight guests must be added to the reservation.

Is alcohol allowed on the property?

Yes, responsibly and on your own site or in designated areas. Quiet hours are observed nightly.

Every RV site has a fire ring, and firewood is available at the camp store. We follow local burn advisories.

Can I bring my own firewood?

We ask that guests purchase firewood on-site to help limit invasive pests in Iowa forests.

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campground.

Are linens included in the cabins and campers?

Linens and towels are not included, but a linen package is available for a small additional fee — just ask when you book. Otherwise, bring your own along with toiletries and food.

How many people do the cabins sleep?

Deluxe Cabins sleep 4–6 guests and include a full bathroom, kitchenette, A/C and heat, and a covered porch. Studio Cabins sleep 2–4 with a full bathroom, mini fridge, and microwave.

Can we book all four glamping campers together?

Absolutely. Reserve Dorothy, Rose, Blanche, and Sophia together and have the whole Silver Sisters area to yourselves — shared fire pit, string lights, and all.

Can I receive mail or packages?

Extended-stay guests can receive limited mail and small packages at the office. Please coordinate with the front desk in advance.
